We are breaking ground in 2027 on a three-building complex at 51st Ave and Roosevelt. The 51st Avenue Distribution center will have a combined square footage of 325,844sf, feature 28’ clear buildings, ESFR sprinklers, easy access to I-10 and A-1 zoning.
